Armed with this information, we review your bills for correct utility tariffs (transport), correct billing of rates for natural gas (energy), appropriate fees or surcharges, and appropriate state and local tax collections. Further, if we determine that you are with an alternative supplier, we canvass the market to see if lower cost service is available from other alternative suppliers or the regulated utility. Once our review is completed we present our findings to you for final approval of recommendations.
