Our fees are contingent upon savings or credits identified in our findings.
Our recommendations are provided to take advantage of the findings. If you
reject our recommendations and decide to take advantage of the findings in
some other way, our fee will be considered earned. If you decide not to
reduce your costs, you may not use our findings for a period of 24 months
following the presentation of our findings. Credits and refunds that are
obtained from your vendors cannot be rejected and our fees will be earned
upon obtaining the credits or refunds.
