  5. Why can't I just get competitor utility carriers to look at my bills and tell me if I'm being overcharged?
     
  6. If I just signed an long term agreement with a new carrier will an audit be of any value?
     
  7. What if I don't like your recommendations, do I have to pay an audit fee?
     
  8. Can I change utility services during an audit?
     
  9. What are the chances that you will find errors or save me money?
     
  10. What if your recommendations require us to purchase equipment or run new lines? Do we deduct that from estimated savings?
     
    Not entirely. Capital improvements or expenses (new transformers, new telecom PBX, etc.) are generally amortized over a 7 to 10 year period plus some first year tax benefits. We will provide an application of the costs against our recommendations as part of our written audit report.
