Once this benchmark is established, we review your bills for correct utility tariffs (transmission), correct billing of rates for electricity (energy), appropriate fees or surcharges, and appropriate state and local tax collections. Further, we determine whether you are eligible for competitive third party supply of energy, and if so, we canvass the market to see if lower cost service is available from those alternative suppliers. Once our review is completed we present our findings to you for final approval of recommendations.
