of the Principal's products and services.

To avoid any form of misrepresentation of product, service or terms of any agreement.

To fully disclose all relevant matters to the Customer and Principal.

To refrain from using unfair methods to solicit the Customers of another sales agency.

To make full disclosure to any Customer of any additional commissions
the agent may earn representing vendors other than the Principal represented in the sale.

To process Customer problems and questions promptly and accurately.

To refrain from disclosure of any confidential Customer information to
any third parties outside the scope of the services being offered
without the written consent of the Customer.

To promote only those services and products that are in the Customer's best interest.

To keep oneself fully apprised of the changes in the market for services and
products and to provide full disclosure to Customer of opportunities that
will benefit the Customer
